Programmes

We offer regular guided Meditation and Contemplation drop-in sessions both at our physical centre in Hauz Khas, New Delhi as well as on ZOOM. These are on different daily topics, and led by various teachers, mainly our Spiritual Programme Coordinator Kabir Saxena ji.

(Please check our Event Calendar for updated dates and times)

These sessions are suitable for both beginners as well as more experientially advanced students. They are free/donation-based and open to all.

You do not need to register to attend in-person. Our regular sessions are ongoing and non-sequential, so you may simply drop in at any time, and attend whichever sessions you wish.

Sessions are 1.5 hours with time for Q&A at the end.

Join our 30-min drop-in meditations on various weekly topics, open to all. We conduct both mindfulness and analytical meditations. Lama Zopa Rinpoche has suggested that all FPMT centers recite the Sanghata Sutra. The recitation of this sutra yields enormous benefits for all those who hear or recite it, and has been recommended by Rinpoche specifically in order to generate the merit that will be needed to bring to completion the Maitreya Project, which itself will yield enormous benefits for countless beings.

1:- Golden Light Sutra:
"The most beneficial thing to have peace and to stop the wars is recitation of the Golden Light Sutra.
This is the most beneficial thing to bring peace, everyone should try to do this, no matter how busy they are" said by
Lama Zopa Rinpoche.
At this time, with the world in trouble in many ways, actions taken toward world peace are desperately needed.

2:- Sanghata Sutra
