We offer guided meditations led by Ven. Kabir Saxena and Ven. Gyalten Samten. Or by an experienced student/volunteer.
Monday and Thursday, 6.30pm-7.30 pm.
These sessions are suitable for beginners and students of any experience level.
There are various types of meditation in Tibetan Buddhism, and we practice a few of them in these drop-in sessions, with an emphasis on mindfulness and analytical meditation, followed by a Q&A (Optional)
Registration is not necessary, just drop-in. There will be a donation box at the back of the hall and we welcome any contribution you’d like to make.
